Vichai said we would be a top 5 team within 5 years we achieved that and more, get rid Top.

 

It's not like he has came in and took a bunch average players to the top of the game, all that was built up prior to his arrival he just guided them to where they should be for 2 seasons but this season its been a disaster and now he is just saving face.

Sick of him. We had finished 9th twice and that was viewed as underperforming by many (hence why Puel left). His job was to take us to the next level which he did in 19/20 and 20/21. At the same time though, we had a very strong squad and still do. 
 

Honestly, him changing the narrative irritates me massively. He is kidding nobody here, minus a few exceptions, we’ve been horrific for 18 months or so. I’d have way more respect for him if he came out and accepted this. 
 

Also, I can’t blame the players for being fed up. If you’re a top player and he’s playing this pathetic system and then subsequently throwing you under the bus you’re going to be frustrated. 
 

I can’t tell if he’s actually deluded or he’s trying to save face - probably a combination tbh. Either way, this domestic season has been disastrous. *Probably* finishing bottom half, getting thrashed by Forest and getting knocked out by Liverpool’s third team is a terrible effort. 
 

Europe has been a saving grace, but has it been enough? I don’t think so personally. Roma weren’t even that good and we had the potential to do more. We just didn’t do enough over the course of the two games, especially in the away leg.

 

With this in mind, you have to ask yourself is he really worth 10m a year - a salary only topped by Klopp, Guardiola and Conte. I don’t think so.

 

Forget the summer rebuild, he has to be the first one to go.

I can’t believe what he has come out with post match today. Sick to death of him talking the club down. We had won the PL before he arrived here.
