Amartey has been a great servant but he shouldn't be anywhere near the starting line up except in an injury crisis. The club need to ****ing back Rodgers. The club have backed Rodgers, that’s why we have no money to spend.

The Horse's Mouth Posted 13 August 2022 Posted 13 August 2022 It's literally too late to back anything, we'll get absolutely fleeced now
AmarteyAndChill Posted 13 August 2022 Posted 13 August 2022 We massively underperformed last season, he got a pass because of injuries. They’re back now and we’re still shit, what’s his excuse? His squad are performing so much lower than their ability
Tom12345 Posted 13 August 2022 Posted 13 August 2022 Every game that Rodgers set the team up like this with Ndidi in the team playing hide and seek, I vote “out” for Rodgers. Sick of this kind of blindsided-ness and set up. If you want to play possession based football, use players who want the ball and are comfortable on the ball. I don’t want to wait til Ndidi gets injured before we play Praet, Mendy or Soumare in that position. 1
FoxyPalace.com Posted 13 August 2022 Posted 13 August 2022 Groundhog Day continues, way over a year now. It’s awful

SecretPro Posted 13 August 2022 Posted 13 August 2022 Just smeared my own shit in my eyes and it was much better than watching us.

Surely the difference would be the usual negative tactics along with Amarteys inability to properly mark. Add the fact our useless twat of a keeper who tries to catch a cross one handed. Think you will find that was the difference. Disagree, Martineli and Jesus ripped us apart. Arsenal look a good team, play some lovely football 2

All good players, all signed before him. Ok, let's look at players signed under Rodgers, players he's been "backed" with, where's Daka? Soumare? Vestergaard? Bertrand? Perez? He's been backed, he's signed players, yet we have a higher percentage of players starting who were here before him, than who he signed. Perhaps there's a reason the club aren't backing him. Now, if the club weren't going to sack him at the end of last season then yes they need to back him, but they've done neither. I think they want him to walk, by doing that it's going to damage the club far more than what it'll cost to sack Rodgers. I'll say it again, we wrote this season off before it even started. Everyone he had us sign is now trying to be shipped out this summer 2
Jimmy Posted 13 August 2022 Posted 13 August 2022 the reason he can't sign anyone is because we have 4 or 5 players he wanted on big money we can't shift, hopefully the owners get sick of his digs in the media and do what they should have done a couple of months ago... 2
honeybradger Posted 13 August 2022 Posted 13 August 2022 Honestly the result was not unexpected. Rodgers should be judged more on how he performs against the likes of brentford and the southampton game coming up. Arsenal are clearly far ahead of us as a team.

Absolutely agree. If he stays, he'll take us down. The club must be looking for a replacement. As soon as they find one he's gone.
Countryfox Posted 13 August 2022 Posted 13 August 2022 Got our A team defence available including little Wes and a keeper that can catch the ball … and Wilf in front …. so why are we shipping so many goals ??? …. don’t forget if we hadn’t let a goal in we would have won 2 nil in both games .. and that’s without Barnes and Ricky …. why ???

They are but that doesn’t mean you can’t be difficult to beat. When was the last time anyone said that about us? We are softer than soft 3
