Interesting how Conte is getting pelters from all quarters of the national press today after Tottenham’s turgid, passionless display v Milan - yet Rodgers’ Leicester perform like this time and time again and… well, nothing.

 

I realise Spurs are obviously bigger news then we are, but even so. I guess this is why Rodgers is ‘happy’ and ‘loves it’ here. He can repeatedly mess up like a novice, still draw his Big Six salary, and essentially get away with it, preserving his reputation into the bargain - because no one outside Leicestershire actually gives a toss.

I reckon if it's a defeat, the atmosphere will be toxic and Top would really need to consider removing him for the best interests for the rest of the season.
