Poznan34 Posted 2 October 2021 Posted 2 October 2021 I don't think I ever saw Gray do a shoulder barge for us
sishades Posted 2 October 2021 Posted 2 October 2021 It worries me that we look nowhere near the quality of the teams I have watched this season. Even Norwich managed to romp all over us despite the win. I foresee nothing but teeth clenching anguish coming up.
when_you're_smiling Posted 2 October 2021 Posted 2 October 2021 Man U have so much talent and then still only have Fred and McTominay to protect the midfield.
Popular Post Sunbury Fox Posted 2 October 2021 Popular Post Posted 2 October 2021 You look at Everton's team on paper compared to the way they're playing on the pitch - and you have to say that Benitez is doing a fantastic job. 7

splinterdream Posted 2 October 2021 Posted 2 October 2021 Man utd giving Everton so much space, bet we don't get that luxury
drumbeat Posted 2 October 2021 Posted 2 October 2021 Managers will hate it, fans will love it, it's a brilliant game to watch.
Md9 Posted 2 October 2021 Posted 2 October 2021 Some players just don’t work out for some teams gray was one of them for us. He started well just how he gets on after a bad run of games. Utd are nothing special are they

RowlattsFox Posted 2 October 2021 Posted 2 October 2021 Everton are playing a style that suits Gray and Townsend. Put them in our side and they'll be as shit as normal because we think were some kind of possession football side and don't play with any pace. 1

NasPb Posted 2 October 2021 Posted 2 October 2021 (edited) The difference between us and Everton (AT THE MOMENT) is that they are a tough bunch. The sum is better than the individual parts.. And they fight.. Have confidence and play with heart. A lot of this has to do with how pragmatic mr Benítez is... He knows how to get the best out of what he has. At their best in recent times Rodgers is better but Rodgers is an idealist, ie iheanacho. Would prefer to die than step out of his comfort zone and play kelechi as a 10. Benítez focuses on the basics when times get tough. Rodgers on the other hand is too diehard. Still rate Rodgers of course but he's not pragmatic enough. Can't play out of form players just because. Can't pick formations as if we had our full ideal squad. Could learn from Benítez Rodgers Edited 2 October 2021 by NasPb 1

yorkie1999 Posted 2 October 2021 Posted 2 October 2021 Schmeichal, take note. When you get a goal kick, kick the ball into the oppos half. That way their stickers won’t be coming at you from 30 yards out.
Dan Posted 2 October 2021 Posted 2 October 2021 Gray really is doing it for Everton. That goal was basically all him. 1
lcfcsnow Posted 2 October 2021 Posted 2 October 2021 Just shows how important it is which side you play someone. Gray as far as I remember always seemed to play on the right for us but for Everton he’s got a similar role to Barnes on the left cutting inside on his right. The decision to move Soyuncu onto the right side of defence to fit Vestergaard in is yet another move by us which doesn’t make sense, especially as the club would have known they’d have to do that before signing him 🤦🏻♂️
Tielemans63 Posted 2 October 2021 Posted 2 October 2021 I say it every week but imagine what that United squad could achieve with a decent manager. I've no idea how OGS has lasted this long. 2
