If Man United get their act together they should take 4th. We're going for 7th at best this year or winning the FA Cup again.

Rather Utd or Arsenal  get top 4 over spurs but can see them getting lucky and getting it even if they are crap. Hopefully one throws a mardy and gets his move to Man City

Abysmal corrupt refereeing again.

Should have played advantage when Joao Pedro tore Spurs apart, yet pulled it back for a free kick. Moments later, Joao Pedro clearly brought down in the box, no penalty.

Another poor refereeing display spoils another game.

Ranieri's Watford to win 1-0 with a late headed goal from their centre half from a corner

Why was there such a fuss on BT about the Arsenal game? The Odegaard incident- Ederson got enough on the ball to not have it overturned. The Man City penalty- it was soft but there was a shirt pull, it's probably a foul without Silva needing to go down. Gabriel- clear yellow.

Only real issues were the lack of yellows for Man City players. It really wasn't a controversial match littered with lots of officiating errors.

Because the TV companies love to focus on the dirty ESL clubs as that's what they believe the fans are interested in. Had LCFC (or most other clubs) been involved then it would barely get a mention. We know how it works and saw it last week with the Ricardo leg breaking tackle. It didn't involve one of their favourites so, move along, nothing to see here.

I don't know how anyone can think that's a penalty.

Lloris clearly takes the ball.

Please explain how you think Watford are hard done by?

He really doesn't.

The diving is a result of the fact that most of the time if you don't go down you'll seldom be awarded a penalty. Players know this so look for the slightest contact and then just go down. It's instilled in them. Refereeing needs to change before players stop diving at the smallest of contacts. Zero tolerance yellow card for any fall that isn't a penalty and that will make players think twice. Even Vardy does it.

Red card not yellow will stop them

Are you actually being serious?

Having watched the game and seen close ups and in slow motion, yes. Joao Pedro taps it away from Lloris, it's not Lloris that touches it.

You're surely joking?

"Taps it away"? lol

If that's a tap away from the keeper the guy shouldn't be a professional footballer.

And that's completely ignoring the fact that Lloris pushes it away.

Not sure if it matters that Loris gets a slight touch or not - he cleans out the player in attempting the save. If it’s given then it’s definitely not being overturned but I do get why it wasn’t seen as a clear and obv error not to give it .

I'm really not sure that he did. Looks to me the Watford player had first touch.
