Tielemans63 Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 When he finally gets booked....it's for taking his shirt off.

Nalis Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 (edited) How did Rodri not even get a yellow for that celebration? Edit - looks like he did Edited 1 January 2022 by Nalis

Md9 Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 Suppose it’s to much to ask for Watford to get some sort of result today isn’t it

Tommy Fresh Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 Great stuff, Rodri redeeming himself for any previous tactical s***housery with that celebration

turlo Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 Happy Arsenal lost and hope they bottle the top 4 after fans were acting like Maddison was their player last summer. 2

StanSP Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 Why is that Arsenal fan in the stand acting and celebrating like Arsenal won ?
GingerrrFox Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 Absolutely love that. Arsenal fans are deluded willy pullers at the best of times. Referee got pretty much every decision spot on. That’s what you want from a referee not giving in to home fans. 4

This is kind of where I'm at. Man Utd will always attract top players even without champions league football. If Arsenal get top 4 I agree with what you've said as they become more attractive to join. 1

How the player goes down is irrelevant to that decision. If refs gave a foul when playersdo their best to stay up players may not go down so easily. Players jostle and make contact with each other throughout the game, watch every single throw in and corner in a match, you'll see it. I don't them throwing themselves to the floor in these scenarios? In this instance, if the shirt tug (and let's be honest, he's not ripping his shirt off) is enough to send him off balance then I completely agree. The reality is Silva took a couple more strides and basically flopped to the floor. It's cheating and it's really sad people are happy to accept it. 2
Tielemans63 Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 (edited) Can't stand Arsenal but I wanted them to win because I want the league to stay competitive. I think there's a genuine danger that the PL will become like Ligue 1 or the Bundesliga where only one team ever wins it. I also think that City do get some unbelievable decisions, no-one can convince me otherwise. Edited 1 January 2022 by Tielemans63 1
