There's no doubt I enjoy watching matches without England in them more - this is a great match. I'd like to think that's because I can relax and enjoy the football because I'm not so invested. But it doesn't work like that with club football where I love watching Leicester, even when we are a bit shit. Whats's that all about then?

I think a tough ref might have taken action earlier than this against Sweden blocking counter attacks with early fouls.

It's interesting that all the qualifiers from the group of death have gone out. It seems that tough matches have a large effect on subsequent performances. ET is good for England. After all, Harry Kane has barely broken sweat yet.
