They should go for Maguire

£80 million?  Is someone having an actual giggle?

Fofana is beyond mustard and that figure is genuinely an insult.

I wouldn’t sell him unless someone came in with absolutely ludicrous money, and £80 million isn’t it.

They’re willing to not replace Varane and Ramos if they can get Mbappe. Ridiculous club.

 What has that club ever done for football? :ill:

You don’t turn down £80m. I think the Maguire transfer has caused us to lose all sense of reality.

Aye we wouldn't, but real Madrid wouldn't bid 80m.

If any club is going to pay that sum then it may well be Real Madrid. People say they are broke but they have been broke for a while now and still spend ludicrous sums of money. They aren’t Barcelona broke either. Also losing Varane and Ramos in the same summer they are likely to be wanting a CB or two and I can see why Fofana would interest them. 80 million I would happily send Fofana on his way, when Real Madrid come calling I feel it’s hard to stand in the players way.

You might not, I fuching would. Where are you getting a player of Fodana’s ability, youth and potential for that?  There aren’t many around. So no, I think you’re wrong, you do turn it down.

Take £80m all day long and especially in this market when I believe it hasn't caught up with the fact that three of it's biggest spenders in Real, Barca & PSG are relatively skint.

Fofana is a great young talent but he is far from a rock, £80m is rock prices.
