(Or be charged 3x the price for!) You'll be given the chance the move, but will have to pay £5 admin charge. 1
Guest Lako42 Posted 12 August 2021 Posted 12 August 2021 Oh mamma that looks good. It's critical the rest of the ground get's a full spruce / redevelopment as that beauty bolted onto the current stands would look outrageous.
Spudulike Posted 12 August 2021 Posted 12 August 2021 (edited) This is still showing the E.on building outside of the development boundary... Edited 12 August 2021 by Spudulike

Looks like a flexible working hub for small business and individuals. Quote The offices will occupy a standalone location, with dedicated car parking. The Pavilion will provide flexible office space for a variety of businesses and sectors, including start-ups, SMEs and the sports and entertainment industry. Edited 12 August 2021 by Itsthejoeker 1

Wrighty22 Posted 12 August 2021 Posted 12 August 2021 Looks like the memorial garden will be replaced by the arena? Or is that it still next to it?

BraunstoneFox23 Posted 12 August 2021 Posted 12 August 2021 Tell you what people on Twitter are WELL jealous of us. Doesn’t even seem real anymore, I keep expecting to wake up and we’re still in league one. 1
STUHILL Posted 12 August 2021 Posted 12 August 2021 Wonder how much it is going to cost. Amazing we are doing this post covid. King Power must have taken a big hit. 1
SemperEadem Posted 12 August 2021 Posted 12 August 2021 Risky to be building office space and student accommodation currently in this climate. The arena is fantastic news and the video they did with all this was great.
SexyGammonFox Posted 12 August 2021 Posted 12 August 2021 The concourse on the bottom tier of the east stand will be absolutely huge once this is built. I wonder what extra stuff will go in there?

Everton's plans are sensational. Lets not get that mistaken. 13
Jimbo Posted 12 August 2021 Posted 12 August 2021 I may be a little picky with this, I love the proposal of what it's gonna turn into but my only concern at this time is With all that fancy brick work, structure and cladding on the new East stand, are they going to develop the exterior look of the whole stadium? Or are we going to be left with the awful yellowish brick work around the south stand? It could stick out like a sore thumb, a very handsome looking sore thumb mind, but I'd like the rest of the stadium to kind of match

I thought it was the pavillion that is a small area for office space/ start ups and the residential tower was private and not student's ? Which im sure they'd shift either way .
