A win today and it can bring us back on track with a bit of a leeway in regards for the man utd result.

A draw or a loss today and the pressure will be on massively.

I think we beat Palace today and it will be comfortable, I also think this is the game that will turn our season around.

2/1 palace lump on

That’s very generous odds given they walloped Spurs , drew with Brighton and we look pretty average. What do they know that we don’t?

Edouard to score is my prediction.

We really need to put a show on here and put in a result that wakes our season up.   Hopefully on the front foot from the start and I can hope my prediction is wildly off.

...if they are, nothing has changed and to be honest Rudders is not the man he should be talking to!!!

We have the talent right here right now, we just do not have the the right environment for them to flourish, and that it seems covers a myriad of things.

Tactically we are limited and that may come from Rodgers unwilling to take advice or his whole backroom team has insufficient knowledge of football strategy in which to overcome this malaise.

There has to be a turning point and the reaction from the crowd should not mean we go and throw more money at the problem, no one learns anything from that, but there is an apathy that surrounds this team, and we need to get them out of their own heads with a distraction of some kind.

The relentless games and mental energy they have put in, in the last two seasons, I believe, has taken a toll. We failed to make top four on the last day on both occasions and perhaps we or the team, have not quite understood what that would have psychologically taken from us, and then they are being asked to go again.

No other team has experienced what we have gone through, and we need to get back some kind of enjoyment from the game, but until the players can come to terms with what has happened, we will all be going through the whole experience with them, in every game.

You’re comments on the mental side are likely very on it.  The previous seasons back end malaise was dealt with by the coaching staff by convincing the players that they were unlocks with injuries and the covid break.  That they could go again and make it.  But it happened again.  They can’t come back with the same rhetoric to get the boys motivated to go a second time for a top four finish.  The v small percentage differences which dictate how these games end up are not easy to manage. Until we go into a losing spiral of three or four games where we simply aren’t in the matches, we probably won’t see a change in approach.

Groundhog day, that's a good description.

I’m trying to be positive by being negative. Any thing other than a hammering is a bonus,

Everything is pointing to a Leicester loss so we'll probably win this comfortably.

We don't do comfortable victories, but the teams are very close ,so yes , we can win this.

I'm just trying to be positive before the kick off I might change my mind after we pass it around the back line for 60 mins and being 2 nill down

Palace will be in our faces from the start, so they won't even wait for mistakes , they will force them.

It’s a tough one to call this. Leicester are an unpredictable side. As are Crystal Palace. I think it will either be a home win or possibly Leicester will win, or maybe a draw.

Two contenders for biggest meltdown right there. lol

Suspect and hope Nacho starts, but that likely means poor  @Staff loses out and gets to wear the meltdown kilt this week

When was the last time we won playing 3 at the back
