I'm not optimistic, but the only way is up... Right? Do feel like players like vardy and Kasper will be up for this. The rest..

Hahah, to be fair youd have to have brain made of goo to be positive about this one

I’m happy to have a brain made of goo - 2 - 1 win coming up Vardy and Madders!

Come on you blue boys!!!

Expections are pretty low for me after this run, if we continue to play the same way a draw would be a great result.

Hopefully deservedly losing to a team in the bottom half of the polish league has shocked some into action though…

I’d be tempted here to stick with 3 at the back, but bring in Castagne at RCB, add a bit of calmness on the ball.

Open the game up a bit and go two up front, it means dropping Barnes as he doesn’t fit into this formation, but you can bring him and Lookman on second half and change things up.

I’m pretty confident Ricardo will deal with Zaha especially with Castagne just inside.

Kasper

Ricardo

Castagne

Soyuncu

Vestergaard

Thomas

Soumare

Tielemans

Maddison

Iheancho

Vardy

I hope after the game, I realise we should have been more confident before.

I rate our players but we seem to be struggling to get a combination from who is available.

I think, if all were fit, Fofana, Evans, Justin and Ndidi would play.  Most of our potential first 11 are available though.  Our scare section is central defence.

I am intrigued as to what the team will be.  I hope I end up enjoying the game.

Don’t know what to think anymore after the last few games 😂 can take losing but the manner we have lost isn’t right, toss of a coin on this for me today

Both Vestergard and Armartey are slow in different ways and Soyuncu loves to rush out and make rash challenges. Could be a problem against Palace quick players.

It’s got to click at some point, right?

Isn't this just a cliche?

I mean we've been poor in the 2nd half of the season 2 seasons ago, we improved again the start of the following season, to be poor again in the 2nd half of last season which has continued into this season, we've been largely been poor more than good.

I'm all for being patient and waiting for thing to click if we see improvement and something hold hope to but nothing changes, its still sideways. backwards, boring, negative football. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Even if we somehow get a result, it'll be after a laboured, tedious performance that inevitably papers over the cracks for Rogers for another few weeks.

I can't remember feeling so negative about Leicester for a long time but the life and enjoyment in our performances has been sucked away.

Imagine 3-5-2, back 3 as previous (god help us) riccy and castagne. Soumare, youri and madders, Nacho and vardy.

That leaves out our 2 quality wide men in Lookman and Barnes and wouldn't be my choice but sense he'll go this way.

Games before an international breaks always feel weirdly important. Lose and we are 15th, win and we are top half. Need to stop the rot by any means, can fix the deeper issues in time.

Iheanacho MUST start.

Maybe its time for the players to take their own tactical decisions and think outside the Rodgers box. We need to surprise  the opposition not stick to the formula. Ranieri admitted that he largely let the players make the decisions when he first took over and that worked well enough. Rodgers needs to slacken his grip on tactics and up his motivational performance, he could learn a bit from how his fellow countryman O' Neil used to drive us on.

Have Nacho on the bench ready to come on at HT for Madders if it's not working.

Not so sure about your confidence in Ricardo.  When on form he is well equipped to take care of Zaha,  but he's not been at his best defence-wise in recent games.  He needs to come good in that respect and I hope he does so.

Our manager will always have some cracks though and some issues. A result could help kick start our season, even if it isn't a 10/10 performance. It's times like this where a result in any way, shape or form can help regain some confidence.

Then the players get accused of player power.

Besides I firmly believe we seen this approach in the West Brom game. Brendan had a face on him, kicking water bottles, berating them, being very vocal and one can only assume they got a right old bollocking at half time for being....positive and attacking?

I can only assume Rodgers is a control freak and he things by keeps so much possession we're controlling the game no matter how little we actually do with all the possession, thing is we couldn't be further away from controlling the game running ourselves into our own downfall, the opposition are more than happy to concede possession to us.

I’ve put a tenner on palace to beat us as part of a 5 fold acca. That way if we win I’ll be buzzing and £40 down (ticket plus bet) and if we lose I might just be £510 up.

I really am lost when it comes to betting terms and odds etc.

I'll have a pot of tea on come kick off time. And maybe, if I'm feeling brave, a packet of rich rea.
