I would like to know what goes on at our £1 million training ground what ever it is it’s not making us any better.

Are the training staff good enough, a few back room staff seem to have left since Rodgers took over.

Is there unrest creeping in with the players .

I think you mean 100 milion

We saw how losing key players in a defence affected Liverpool last season.

Both our first choice centre backs and first choice left back injured, and we look very vulnerable at the back.

We may need to re-evaluate our expectations this season. We've punched very high the last two and ran out of steam. Last season we had injury problems but managed to still get results in games.

Yes we look poor, confidence is clearly low, but that seems to be where we are right now, and its not going to miraculously change over night.

With the tight margins in the Premier league football is as much about momentum and playing with confidence and getting that bit of luck as it is about talent on the pitch.

We need to dig deep and grind out a result or two and we will begin to notice a difference on the pitch. But it is important results go our way soon, because we want to maintain our top six finishing if we can.

The season is far from over. Difference this time is we've started badly rather than finishing that way.

Getting Evans back fit (lets hope thats soon) will make a big difference, and hopefully Ndidi recovers quickly too. Those are the two outfield defensive minded players you dont want to be without, and both of them in the team makes us look much stronger at the back.

So yes, fans will moan, I know I was screaming throughout the whole game.

We've every right to be angry and disappointed, but I honestly believe things are going to get much better very soon. We just need a result or two to go our way, and a few of our key players back from injury. Our forwards are showing they can still score, so we just need to shore up the defence ...

Fortunately we've a nice easy fixture in the league next  ... although having said that we always seem to up our game against United (even if the result doesn't always reflect that).

Top 6!? I wish…lol

And it starts again.

You haven't been following this club very long have you?

15 years and that was up there with the worst performances I’ve seen. Not arsed what you think to be honest mate I know what I watched 😂

Can always be an issue when you start with a very attacking line up, fall into what on paper looks a comfortable lead with both of your strikers scoring, but have shown frailty along the way - do you change it and go defensive and if so where?

I think that was Rodgers issue here and I think whatever he’s done he’s been criticised - bringing on a third central midfielder (not Maddison) for a striker at around the 50 minute mark would not have been a good look or feel - but maybe that’s the change that needed to be made.

Ultimately we lacked any semblance of control in this game - and it perhaps points to a difficult issue that none of us have a sure answer to - can we play to the level we’re aspiring to with Kel and Vardy up top?

This is the real picture not the poor start to this season on its own.

The "poor start" was just a continuation of the "poor finish" from last season. When do we admit this is probably going to be the norm for a bit longer yet?

You mean the two strikers who scored? What the f.ck is Choudhary still doing in a lcfc shirt and how the f.ck did Vestergard and Bertrand ever get to wear a lcfc shirt more to the point

It was against the run of play, we were being dominated, we went on to concede 2 goals, so yeah.

25 points from the last 20 games.

Which begs the question.

If that wasnt spread over two seasons, and we had 25 from 20 this season, surely he would be in real danger of going?

We got rid of Claudio when we were well placed to progress in the Champions League

Ironically come off a game which had vibes today. A fortunate result when outplayed

To the people who are saying Vestergard has the turning ability of a wardrobe be warned, you need to stop saying it.

Ikea have been on the phone, they're threatening to sue, offended at the comparison, they're stating that their furniture is movable when required to be.

We did lose 5-1 at Palace very recently and 3-1 at home to them as well

Given the vast resources and facilities at his disposal, possibly. Still unsure myself but he's not learning lessons at all.

He eventually did. Another case where the ref awaits the severity of the injury before deciding the punishment. I thought it was a very poor challenge which is that mythical ‘orange card’ area.

I thought he did too, but according to the stats the only player they had booked was Andersen. McArthur got away without a booking for the elbow first barge on Vards.

We aren't too good to go down, I think we're one of the 3 worst teams in the league at the moment, with Norwich and Newcastle. Something does need to change, hopefully use the international break to regroup.

Huh? And where were we in the league with him?

Ricardo’s omission is the big red flag for me.  If he’s about to get the Praet treatment we’re really cooked.

Or maybe he's not fit enough?
