Both of them show that if the kit designers are given the time, they can get it spot on.

Was watching a vlog about football shirts design the other week and the descend into templates is a real blow. Take a look at how the kits at World Cup 94/98 are so much better than 2002.

That price :o

Same as Liverpool's then, if Nike are doing it across the board the rest will follow, Arsenal's adidas one is £70 (or £100 for the top spec)...gotten ridiculous, at least with like the NFL where they're that price you know the design isn't changing for a few years

Pretty decent effort from Hummel for Coventry once again. Inspired by the admiral 70s kits.

Fair play, that's nice.

Wish we had Hummel.

Looks horrid imo. What's going on inside those two massive stripes? looks like a load of random squiggles.

plus:

- THIS IS BETTING

- Hummel chevrons point toward the direction they should be

"25th May marks the 60th anniversary of the consecration of Coventry Cathedral in 1962 and the tramline includes the pattern from the stained-glass windows of the Cathedral."

Nice tie in to the city as well as old kits.

Agree the whole thing is ruined by the hideous betting sponsor though...

Jesus christ. Hopefully people start boycotting them if this is going to be across the board.

I dunno, as far as club football goes, maybe they could have an option for sponsor less shirt.

Why is it called a stadium shirt and a match shirt?

Stadium shirts are for the fans, they often lack finer detailing and often but not always use different materials; also as you expect with the average fan being more anatomically bulbus around the midriff, fan shirts are made to be baggier in places.

Match shirts are what the players wear. They have default sizes, although I suspect some run different size preferences and have alterations made for them. Like with Vardy it's noticeable he wears shorts a size up.
