sports journalist Rob Tanner thinks Vestergaard is the best header of a ball?

Cause he's tall you see. Must be amazing

The cynic in me says we should make hay while the sun shines and cash in if we receive a good offer, while hes on this form

The highs are high with madders and the lows are extremely low.

We cannot be losing Tielemans and Maddison in a single summer.

Finally some sense!

This is nonsense. We conceded four and Man City stopped trying.
As soon as we got back into the game, they started again.

It’s a good job they switched off or it could have been a rugby score

Feared the worse before the game started...

Realised that my fear wasnt the worse after 25 mins...

Absolutely buzzing when we came back...

Desperately wanted Vardy on when we 4-3 just behind to see the fear in the eyes of the Man City defence....gutted it didn't happen.

Mix feelings at the end of the match....

Jeff Stelling on Soccer Saturday:

"How many goals are Leicester going to concede from set-pieces this season?"

Not that this was the sole reason for losing today. But looks like Brendan just doesn’t have a fix for this & the answer isn’t in this current group.

Another great example that epitomes the season

Going forward, we look slick. Maddison really put himself in the shop window today by playing really well in a rubbish team

But defensively…. A back four of Amartey, Vestergaard, Thomas and Albrighton is championship standard

And they had zero protection in front of them

The reality is that Man City scored four and just switched off. It was like a practice match for them.

As soon as we started scoring, they upped a gear and tried again

If they’d have REALLY wanted to, they’d have got 8 or 9 today I think

Yes, they upped a gear alright but we kept on scoring nonetheless...

A better defense and it may not have mattered whether or not they upped a gear.

Another three goals conceded from corners today. We still do zonal marking. Rodgers has a set piece coach allegedly.

Rodgers out. I’ve long had enough. Don’t let 3 good goals scored paint over the fact we’ve conceded six goals. Embarrassing at any level, regardless of the circumstances.

Man City beat virtually everyone. If we're going to lose I'd rather that way than the gutless surrender against Chelsea.

At least we made a game of it for a bit and showed ambition to attack.

True, well said.

With all the ongoing injuries, this season is pretty much a write off. Frankly I’d be happy to finish in the top half. Avoid the Europa league, which combined with a WC will put too much strain on our squad. Then go for it again next season. There just seems to be too many fixtures and fixture congestion these days.
