We'll clearly go with the strongest available line up in this game and it will have more than enough to put Forest to the sword. This was the team that played Millwall away, absolute car crash of a team. Defence would still let in less goals than ours this season. 2 1

It was a car crash, but still should have beaten a League 1 side.

We just need to remember a few things ... We are currently a totally unpredictable midtable Premier League team, without our best defenders (Evans & Fofana) and attacker (Vardy). Forest are at home, much improved and currently on a really good run. We can win, but it won't be easy.

st albans fox Posted 30 January 2022 Posted 30 January 2022 Grabbon just limped out of their defeat at Cardiff ….
CosbehFox Posted 30 January 2022 Posted 30 January 2022 If they play McKenna and Cook with a high line like they did at times today, Daka will be perfect

Didn't look like a player who'd be back in a week. Cardiff opened up their defense several times. Iheanacho and/or Daka should shred it.
Spudulike Posted 30 January 2022 Posted 30 January 2022 Next week will be different. It's their cup final and we saw against Arsenal they can exploit a superior opposition that isn't up for it on the day. I think that Brendan will see this as a good opportunity to increase his fan credit to be banked for later. 1
Supergray22 Posted 30 January 2022 Posted 30 January 2022 They will be a different team at home playing us in the cup. We need to turn up. 3

SuperMike Posted 30 January 2022 Posted 30 January 2022 Just watched them and they were really awful. Taken to playing out from the back in a way that Cardiff exploited brilliantly with a huge ammount of interceptions in midfield - due to panicky defenders and general poor quality. 1

In fairness to Rodgers, he seems up for it. Said he was looking forward to it and misses derby games. I've no reason to believe we wont turn up.
