RIP Bernie,

I have great memories of bumping into you at many games both home and away over the years and one thing no one could deny was your passion for the club.
Condolences to the family and friend. It really has been a terrible couple of weeks for some amazing Foxes Fans. I really hope the club does something to remember those we’ve lost in the last couple of weeks.

RIP Bernie

Seems like he was one thing that was a constant in my entire time supporting the club.

Not many characters like him about these days

Was nice to see him find the care and solace he needed for his final few years and I guess passing away peacefully in your sleep would be the choice of many.

RIP Bernie.

Hope he enjoyed City's succes in his latter years. He was up and down the country following City all his life. Rest easy, Bernie.

A number of clubs either read out or have the names on a screen of fans who have passed that year. I think this would be respectful at our place.

Gutting this. Not a great time for us at the moment is it.

C'mon, he was decrepit these last few years and couldn't make it to games. Bernie lived a long life, saw some sights, drunk alot of booze and made the most of what he could.

From memory someone posted an article about his from an LCFC programme in the 70s/80s. His surname was something like Henton, he had a wife and was a City diehard even back then. An enigma, and a life lived.

Sorry? These things don't make it any less sad when the inevitable happens?
