Everyone on here has their own ideas on how our club should be run. You find yourself in the situation where Top has given you 7 days in complete control of all thing's related to the running of the club. He has assured you that whatever you recommend will be acted on and he will carry out your recommendations. What would your changes be?

 

Would you go ahead with the ground expansion?

Would you stick with the manager or get someone else in and if so who?

Would you change the way the food outlets in the concourse's are run and if so how?

Would you swap the Kop with the Family Stand? (Not sure if that's ever been mentioned before!!!)

How about the kit manufacturer and Blue or White shorts?

 

I'm sure there are plenty of things that could be changed (hopefully for the better) or are you 100% happy with everything?

I'd raise season ticket prices and ignore calls for safe standing.

Would you swap the Kop with the Family Stand? (Not sure if that's ever been mentioned before!!!) ~ No, a compromise with a singing section near the away fans. There are too many people crazy enough to be tempted to throw missiles across the divide.

How about the kit manufacturer and Blue or White shorts? ~ Blue Shorts all the way, keep Adidas, bring back the King Power logo on the shirts.

No goal music. Turf Moor was so refreshing, I don't recall any music being played at half time or before the game. The atmosphere and singing all game was brilliant. No bloody clappers or goal music or pre match music playing excessively loud.

 

Review beer and food prices in line with quality. Burnley poured cans in a glass, you were guaranteed the beer wasn't going to be flat.

 

Ground expansion needs to happen for the growth of the club.

 

Keep Rodgers, he's working with 75% squad all season and Daka/Bouba in their first season. This summer is huge for him though:

 

- New Centre back

- out and out striker

- tielemans to be sold and replaced by a midfielder.

- Perez, Mendy, Bertrand, Vestergard, Hamza to leave (Bouba to stay another season depending on whether he improves).

- 2 forwards/skill ful wingers signed or Lookman plus 1.

Hire Liverpool's old set piece coach. Don't trust myself not to f*** everything else up, but that is something that cannot go wrong surely. Easy 15+ swing in GD over a season. And maybe have a word with Rodgers about resting players enough.

 

Edit: and swap the Kop with the family stand. The singing section can wait for the upcoming stadium expansion

Any player that's ever been injured wouldn't have to play again, that way they'd never be injured again.

 

Any player who had 2 decent games for the under 16s would immediately be promoted to the first team.

I would overhaul the backroom staff

 

Get someone like a taggert, Elliott or a huth to help them defend set pieces and give the squad some steel

 

Sell if possible perez and praet. Also recall Daniel Iversen to the first team squad and use him in the cups

 

Buy a ball carrier in the lingaard or Saint maximan mould someone to frighten defences on the right side

 

Get the extension to stadium done to maximise atmosphere. And have singing section for every game. Also look into swapping kop and family stand or swapping away end to other side
