Just had a quick look.

My first thoughts are the design looks decent but i can’t see why I would buy these instead of a normal sock. Are they more cushioned? Etc. Probably needs that clearly explaining on the website, and maybe some pictures of the full sock so you can clearly see the differences.

On a side, more than happy to test a pair and give you feedback. Can wear them, wash them and send them back.

yes, more cushioned at the heel and underfoot - i will add this on to make it clearer. Cotton socks tend to keep heat in and give you blisters anything 6/7km+ (for me personally)

My partner and I have started a Running sock business - essentially designed and manufactured in Leicestershire - Polyester/cotton mix so sweat wicking. https://www.run-fox.co.uk/ we are very new to this, we think the product is great and feedback so far has also been good. If anyone needs some more running socks, or gym/sports socks please give us a go, also welcome to any feedback (good or bad) We are also on etsy under RunFoxStore. We are in the process of contacting local running clubs and attending Leicestershire craft fares, if you see us about please come and say hello!

Will pick a pair up!

Just done a 10k by the canal Glen Parva way. They say you never regret a workout.... that's debatable right now!:sweating:

I did my hottest parkrun ever, just took it very steady

Marathon training is going alright so far and I’ve managed to stick to a routine which means I can still go to the gym and play football every 2 weeks.

I’ve been doing some incline brutal runs on the treadmill which must have helped as I ran 9 miles yesterday morning which felt really comfortable.

Yesterday was a sweat bath. My local parkrun had some hardcore nutters out - quite a few travelling ones. I didn't force myself until the second half but still just shy of top 40. Absolutely having that.

Damn thing works out at 4.3k though and I run round the edges to make up the distance.

Nursing a lower back injury...hate it, really affects me running especially early on. After moving about it hurts less though.

Decided not to go for a PB at parkrun yesterday but help my brother close to 23 mins so paced him. Enjoyed it although he was ****ed 🤣

I need to rest really but I get so bored, probably my own worst enemy.

Been to London today and got in a 17k run from Kings X to Buck House then along both sides of the river up to Tower Bridge and back to Westminster. FFS the amount of stop start and zig zagging around people was worse than I imagined 🤣 certainly wasn't a quick run! Also hot af 🔥

They had the saucony 10k event there today, definitely would want to do an event in London especially as marathon is impossible to get into!

If you ever make a toe sock version then I’d be all over them! I struggle with ‘normal’ socks for running as my feet are just weird!

Just entered the Chester marathon on Oct 5th, did a half a couple of weeks ago but hope i've left myself enough time to train.

If you did a half a few weeks ago you’ll be fine I recon.

Just done a 10 miler. It might be as much to do with the increase in mileage recently but I find it incredible how different runs go first thing in the morning compared to after work. Body is in ruins, yet did 9 miles the other day and still had gas in the tank.

In the morning is GOATed, earlier the better

Can't be arsed with it in this humidity, was on sub 20m 5kms and clocked a 1hr42m half back in March/April which is remarkable for a man whos blood type is cask but this heat completely saps me.

5 seconds off (22.04) finally breaking the sub 22 min 5km, was scuppered by a pedestrian down the final stretch but still don't think it was 5 seconds worth.

The pursuit continues.

15k this morning - combo of rain and sweat means I now have chafing on both thighs and tits. A first for me. Not sure how to combat that so it doesn't happen again?
