Unabomber Posted 6 August 2022 Posted 6 August 2022 Everton’s team is absolutely horrific. I know we are a mess but they have spent some serious cash on absolute shite over the last few years 1
StanSP Posted 6 August 2022 Posted 6 August 2022 Is that August Kane record still in place? As in he barely scores this month. Thought he'd be on the scoresheet today with them scoring 4. Didn't even get an assist!

cruzFOX Posted 6 August 2022 Posted 6 August 2022 Spuds looked good but come on we’re they really tested today? they have some liabilities in defence that will get explored by better teams. I hope we get our pay back on them this season. Suck and tired of throwing the towel in to that lot.

cruzFOX Posted 6 August 2022 Posted 6 August 2022 Not sure chelsea has gelled as a team. They could wobble a little today if they allow it. I know I know it’s against Everton but stranger things have happened.
st albans fox Posted 6 August 2022 Posted 6 August 2022 (edited) Godfrey has a bad injury there ….. could be same as fofana’s Edited 6 August 2022 by st albans fox
MPH Posted 6 August 2022 Posted 6 August 2022 How rubbish must Deli Alli be to not get in that Everton team

In our last 3 matches against them we have been missing out entire first choice defence.
Nalis Posted 6 August 2022 Posted 6 August 2022 Newcastle v Forest is very difficult to gauge how good Newcastle are or how bad Forest will be
AKCJ Posted 6 August 2022 Posted 6 August 2022 I appreciate the lad has a bad injury but he's right in the touchline, can't they just shift him 2 feet and crack on with the game? 1

FoxyLeon Posted 6 August 2022 Posted 6 August 2022 It was pretty clear from Godfrey's reaction that it was a bad injury, there was no rolling around, just sat there and signalled straight to the bench. Spent a good while move the foot/ankle around, before asking for a stretcher. The Everton physio didn't fill me with confidence there, I half expected him to pull his foot off and hold it up the way it was going. Spent an age before calling for the stretcher when it was obvious they were going to need that straight away.
