Spurs in the race to sign Korean CB Kim Min-jae ......he only signed for Fenerbahce last August for 3m euros, when we signed that donkey Vestergaard for 14m.

I just looked at Kim's highlights on YouTube....what a difference wow 😳

He's had an incredible season and is known as the beast.

Think Spurs will pay around 20m for him

Ex Middlesbrough boss Neil Warnock claims Spurs signed the wrong player in Djed Spence, who he believes has attitude problems and he reckons Isaiah Jones is a better player.

Apparently Arsenal and Crystal Palace are interested in him.

“Attitude problem” …. Disagreed with the approach of smashing it long to the big man up top!

In other news, Ross County sign the man who makes incredible goal-line clearance to stop his OWN team from scoring.

Ben Davies off to Rangers for a fee up to £4m. Bought for £500k, sent on loan to Sheff U who covered the £500k too. Not made a single first team appearance.

You think back over the years and some of the academy players they’ve sold on for huge amounts of profit that have been poor to average at best. Ibe springs to mind. Then people like Minamino who have been sold on at a profit.

Rather than concentrating on signing players, let’s concentrate on signing a back room team capable of positioning, recruitment and negotiation.

Liverpool really must use some kind of Voodoo on other teams chief scouts.....they have got such a great knack of selling their unused average players for such high profits.

Remember we bought Ward for 10m

Bassey supposedly going to Ajax for a fee in the region of 20-25mill

Shame we could have done with a centre back.  Unfortunately this shows that it is sometimes better to move on instead of hoping to breakthrough.

This is the first prospect to leave us and go on to do really well in a long time.  Maybe Stearman was the last??

So short sighted from Basset to be honest. He would have played last season in the PL if he'd stayed (and we probably wouldn't have signed Vest)

In fairness though, he now gets to live in Amsterdam for a couple of years and if he does well there, no doubt he will get a move back to the prem whilst in his prime with a massive signing on fee and inflated wages if he ends up at a big six club.

Bassey was seen as a left back in our academy. He was competing with Thomas.

That's literally the opposite of what actually happened
