Proper weird game. Thought both teams seemed scared of each other, nothing really happened. Nice to get a last minute winner though. We get them once every 2 year at Coalville.

Well done to Coalville, I think most of the Northern Premier League clubs would have been satisfied with that result!

Nuneaton Boro reach the next round also after knocking rivals Leamington, fantastic start for Boro. Was told around 200 fans went yesterday from Nuneaton very good turn out for a second qualifying round fixture, 698 in attendance.

Nomads unlucky not to get through. Went 1 up and then Ilson levelled. 602 there. Replay this week

Barwell and Harborough out - 1-4 Kettering / 0-4 Church

Barwell were actually very competitive, score line very much flattered Kettering ultimately, Barwell missed a penalty to level 2-2 and from then on it became the difference in fitness levels between step two and three, but had it gone in then you could see it going very well.

At least there’s still a lower league Leicestershire team in the cup!

Winnable

Anstey if they pull off a big surprise tonight have a very, very winnable fixture v Shefford Town & Campton, one of the lowest teams left.

Sudbury beat St. Albans in a shock.

Anstey also won, on penalties which is amazing.

both sides have a very good shout of getting to the 4th round of qualifying. It also means we’re two games from the possibility of Anstey Nomads v Derby County.

Excellent stuff.

Although I want Derby down at Owen St. That would be tasty.

Do they even do a draw for the qualifying round or just put the nearest teams together? Because every time I look at the qualifying games 90% are local derbies

Its regionalised to cut down on travel. Believe it goes national in the 4th qualifying round when Step 5 teams come in.

Appreciate it. Treating the Mrs to a day out, she'll be thrilled

Any advice on parking nearby?

You can park at the ground for free but can take a while to get out.
Plenty of street parking near by though, probably best off doing that. Top end of Margaret street is a decent place

I now sponsor Gillingham and Maidstone United (an odd mix in some ways...)

Taking my son to his first ever non-league game today - and finding out what non-league corporate looks like (!). Couple of free beers and a jacket potato at half time I reckon.

Maidstone United v Chesterfield. Looking forward to it.

Went to Gills v Mansfield last week. Gills are in bother. Terrible last year and relegated to L2. I think they may be relegated again. There's just not enough goals in the time and despite playing a lot of defensive players, they get played through, or around with absolute ease. Mansfield could have been 6 up at half time last week. Hartlepool today feels like a must win.

We've signed a centre back!!

Hereford fans seem disappointed he’s gone which is a good sign

Great win away at York today, especially for the 1700+ that made the trip.

Two more for Macca, to give him 12 goals for the season.

Guevin Castro's free kick from 35 yards out sounds like a very special 1st Notts goal for the youngster.

Looking forward to the highlights from the match.

Christ almighty that wqs a crazy game. Fairnplay to Stevo going 3 4 3, not the fake 3 4 3 but 3 strikers and 2 wingers.

Paid off in the end. Felt like it was gonna be another one of them games.

Whitey in goal must have a worst shot to goal % than Ward has for Leicester lol
