Fair enough mate, I just think over the years, and of all the big boring servers I reckon Isner can actually play a bit.

 

I take your point though, can't remember his name but there was a geezer just a few years ago (maybe Russian/Croatian) who was top 20 in the world and literally all he could do was serve 300mph lol yet won time and time again

29 aces so far and it’s only the fourth set!

Dont make for good viewing does it?

I know that serves are a part of the game but I think we’d all rather see clever rallies build up than this

Isner doing for the auld boys. As much as I love Alcarez, I've love Isner to serve volley tbe shit out our him and on the 7-6 7-6 7-6 hand shake to say 'Off you pop son, off you pop'
