Why Albrighton as VC?

Don't really see what the issue is, didn't Rodgers say it was getting voted on by the players?

No real issue of being 2nd or 3rd choice as it will just go to someone else when he doesn't play anyway.

Good choice.

 

Captains are leaders and role models on and off the pitch. They also perhaps should be focussed on football entirely and respected by the whole dressing room on and off the pitch.

Captaincy is just as much as what goes on off the pitch as on. Well earned and recognises his contribution towards our golden era.

Nothing to do with Rodgers, he let the players decide. They all obviously respect Marc and know that he sets a prime example. You cant bash Brendan for everything.  Theres a lot we dont know... yes wed love it to go to madderz but maybe he is late to training everyday... you just dont know what the dynamics are from outside. If its who the players want, whats the issue.

Really surprised it’s not Vardy to be honest, he’s probably 3rd in line so he’ll get it a bit this season anyway.

I dont think he is a role model just because he runs a lot and is good guy overall

and he never plays, so not the best option
