I know I bang this drum a lot but rugby's a lot further ahead in it's concussion journey than football but even in rugby Cash wouldn't be penalised for that. He's the player going up for the ball, his arms are in a natural position for balance and to protect himself. 

 

Not even a vague issue there, it's just unfortunate. It's a contact sport, collisions sometimes happen.

I thought he jumped across him with his elbow right out. I get that you need your arms for leverage but that was a bit careless in my opinion, seemed to lean with his elbow. Each to their own though.
