Rodgers is currently on around 8 times his salary. He will get a nice rise. Although we mock the training ground, it is first class. Also possible to commute from London. He will want to move up the ladder and won’t be appealing to the big 6 at present.

RB Leipzig seem to have filled the only spot he could be promoted into for now.

Had them on a really good run in the UCL last season and so far only lost once in the Austrian League (I know it's expected but at least he's able to fulfil said expectations)

Not sure if we could entice either given the current circumstances but Vincent Kompany or Michael Carrick would be high on my list, both doing great jobs in the championship and have had distinguished playing careers so would carry huge respect in the dressing room.

I think people have delusions of grandeur of who we could actually get. Whoever came in has Barnes, Tielemans and VK injured for weeks.

Managing RB Salzburg in the Austrian Bundesliga is similar to Managing Celtic in the Scottish Pub League….wait a minute what can go wrong???

 

Seriously though, not a bad shout.  He always comes across well in the media in Austria.  Would be interesting.
