I'd love to be positive about this one but.....

Factoring in they are at home, new manager and...Well..our tendancy to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory whilst making poor teams look good, it feels llke the beginning of a good run...for the Eagles.

Last 6 form has us relatively as crap as them.

Seems like your struggling to read a form guide!

Last 6 games has us on double their points and we've played spurs, chelsea, arsenal and man United (3 of the current top 4).

But we’ve also lost away to Southampton, the team with the worst record at home in the league. Failed to muster a shot on target in two of those games.

Lol..sounds a lot doesn't it - double -like "they have 9 points, we have double that -18 points" in that case you would be right and I'd be wrong.

The fact is l used the word "relatively" because in this case its 2 points and 4 points.

Not exactly a vast difference there is there.

And they have played Arsenal, Man city, Brighton and Liverpool, two of the current top two and four of the current form top four teams!

Try looking up the definition of the word "relatively".

This and last season,is crazy where  relegation fight is concerned..

Leicester could lose this 6pter,but still collect enough PTS. Because others even playing decent, lose & drop points, even at present who's 6pts from Soton, (a two results gap) is not safe..

And we are all playing each other..

So not " losing" is for the away team becomes painfull, but acceptable, for next  5-7,games, with a 2-3 last game shoot out.

Picking up points 8 teams have been crap... Any of 4 teams can hit a golden patch leaving

(Whoever..:dunno:)  3 teams adrift.

OR NOT...

Palace with 2 wins would make looking at the table, like Villa, CP now feel safe.

Lose, but still in with a shout..

Stats are not at present cutting it,

Fight, spirit, attitude, bounceback-ability, luck & dreaded VAR ** will be slicing through the Stats, and every team's fans, praying they can cut a decent slice from the cake, that as not yet been baked..

** Authorities have really got to get together with Refs,to see Title & relegation is not contended/contested on the back of VAR descisions. And they are VAR are not major talking points.

No intervention/descision from VAR studio..Ref must be given back power, & end descision maker..

Var and Ref were right with all descisions across Fulham chaos, so fair dues, but easy descisions..

Probably been said before but every game until the end of the season is an FA Cup Final.

Based on our FA Cup record, we win 1 every 5 times.

Suspect the Belgian boys may be back on Wednesday but not available to train until thursday

i think that may mean full backs will be Ricky and VK

if souttar is fit then centre back partnership may well be amartey and him as per Brentford

Senegal playing tomorrow aswell so pappy won’t start

Tim Robinson the ref for Saturday.

A grand total of 2 PL games so far.

That probably makes him one of the better refs in that case :D

Not sure. He's largely been rubbish for us since Xmas and his constant rushing out of position just seems to make the whole defence nervous. That said, the alternative is Amartey so maybe you're right! lol
