Was it Charlie Methven who likened to him to the idiot son of a billionaire? It must be hard to motivate yourself to carry on the family fortune and grow it when you can sit back, play polo and spaff it all up the wall with no consequence to yourself. Or perhaps not if you have any self respect.

He could’ve been talking about Top

Shane flynn's video on his experience with how rudkin approaches contract negotiation the man is a pathetic worm https://x.com/lee1978lcfc/status/2033594351595483397?s=20

Someone asked what evidence there is to support some suggestions I have made about his personality type. What Flynn says is suggestive of someone who is awkward, wants to avoid conflict and so on, not great interpersonal wise, low self awareness. This gives an insight into what he’s like negotiating contracts. But can you imagine what he’s like negotiating contracts with who he wants to be first team regulars? If he wants to avoid conflict or difficult conversations, and if he thinks they hold more power than a youth player like Flynn, you can begin to see why the club has got itself in a ludicrous situation with the amount of silly contracts. Through Rudkin we’ve literally been taken advantage of. From a human psychology perspective, if a player has reached their ceiling and is being paid far too much compared to what they’d get elsewhere, it leads to complacency and a subtle message is sent that you don’t need to work hard to be rewarded very well. That has been done for years and look what has happened… low and behold we are about to be relegated from the Championship with the highest wage bill 🤣

The idiot needs to go, he is quite literally having a massive negative impact on people’s lives due to his ineptitude. It’s the only lever we can pull and there needs to be a concerted effort to get him gone. He has ruined our club

Getting rid of Rudkin doesn't solve anything as Top would just employ some other duffer and give them too much power. Wasting your time on Rudkin when he's a symptom, not the cause, it's stupid.

This bloke is a clear example of the Peter principle

The Peter principle is a concept in management developed by Laurence J. Peter which observes that people in a hierarchy tend to rise to "a level of respective incompetence"

Not really. He's been incompetent at this level for years and just been promoted.

I'm not trying to make it personal, as I really do hate this man and like the rest of you fully acknowledge he's the one mainly responsible for our downfall. Realistically, what can we do to get this melt out of our club? My stress levels are through the roof and I just want the four eyed specky **** gone.

If the rumours of £300k a year are correct, he isn't walking away from that

Will he be on a contract like players and managers or is he treated like a permanent employee? If he's a permanent employee we can just let him go without paying him out like you would need to do with a contract.

The reason you have contracts is so that the person isn't snatched up by other clubs but there's no risk of that with Rudkin.

Any human being with an ounce of self awareness and/or pride would resign.

I think Rudkin should take charge for the last 3 games. He is largely responsible for assembling some of the worse characters - laughably described as professional footballers - the English Football pyramid has ever seen.

He clearly believes they are “talented” hence it’s only fair and reasonable he should stand up and be counted.

Haha. That would be funny. He was once a caretaker for the first team - I think people forget. I forget what era.

King Power first, then Rudkin and the rest of the board.

The only way these will go will be similar to the Sheff Wed situation, where they'll  be forced to .The Cardiff chap ,Sheffield wed and now us .They dont like to lose face but this is going only one way ,and sooner the better.
