So long as Everton don't win, and forest on Sunday, we have a chance.

If The toffemen win, we are fcked before a ball is kicked. But it might give us a lil lift if they foul up.

I'm popping a.ton on an Everton win tomorrow. Gives us a bit of hope, or gives me 100 quid towards a hooker

Unfortunately you'll probably end up with the one from Leicester Tigers!

Not expecting anything other than a defeat, but really hoping it’s a tight scoreline so not to hammer our goal difference. Important things for me today is performance, energy levels, confidence and most importantly seeing players back playing with intensity and getting back to the levels we know they can achieve.

Fully expecting to see a different Vards from what we have seen this season and also hoping that Smith, Shakey and Terry will be looking to simplify Ndidi’s role so he has back to being a destroyer and giving us that strength & protection in front of the defenders.

my prediction is a 4-2 defeat but a much improved and spirited performance that sets up for the remaining more winnable fixtures ahead, anything better than that will be a huge bonus.

I’m going for a 🙏2-2 Maddison and a Tielemans screamer !

Hope to god that isn’t a line up Even Dean Smith isn’t thinking of calamity Ward in goal No Madders which would be criminal Soumare Schitt a brick that’s a BIG loss incoming with that line up !

Given how close it is at the bottom i'll take a narrow defeat.

Depends on the nature of the defeat I think.

I dreamt last night we were winning 2-0 but ended up losing to 3 late goals.

Clearly, my subconscious mind is still in BR mode.

We are absolutely desperate for results. But today against this city side with Haaland upfront, it's about performance. If we can keep it to 2-0 and improve our performance it's about the best we can expect. Hopefully Man City are off their game and we can nick a draw.

There is no way he drops Maddison unless injured, but even If this was the formation, it's pretty much the only way we will get a result out of this match. We play a 4231 and try to play football in the state we are in and I can see us breaking records for a loss.

Haaland needs 4 more goals to equal the all time Premier League record of 34 for a single season.

Will it happen today? Nah!!

It's probably going to happen by Half Time in fairness 😂

Any suggestions of pubs that the Leicester fans use before the game this afternoon ?

Scattered everywhere but the Bierkeller in the Printworks is a good place.

Smith in the unfortunate with this being his first game. Further lack of planning by our idiot chairman and his board. Just compete. Anything from this is a huge bonus.

Man City at home was actually one of the rare times this season our manager and players actually looked organised and professional. Professional is difficult for this group of players so they’ll get an education today if they are at their usual (unprofessional) levels

I'm nervous about today but not about getting beat. We all expect to get beat today. I'm nervous because there does seem to be a little buzz of positivity creeping in to this club again and I'm nervous that's gonna be snuffed out.

We need a good performance today regardless of the scoreline. If we come away with a narrow defeat and a visible improvement in performance, we can keep that little trickle of atmosphere going and carry into the next 3 games which I think will define our season.

Desperate to avoid a heavy defeat
