Iversen 8/10 - Couldn't do much more, great save from the free kick
Castagne 8/10 - Great goal, played solidly although left vulnerable by tete
Soyuncu 9/10 - Absolutely class today, couple of points early on where he looked nervy but absolutely dominated once we settled in. 
Faes 7.5/10 - Class alongside Soyuncu
Kristiansen 7/10 - Did his job well, offered himself wide constantly and defended well
Tielemans 6.5/10 - Had lots of moments where he would make a great tackle and play the ball forward, but too many times lost the ball and was a bad day at the office
Daka 5/10 - Very poor today, poor control, poor passing, but did run and try his best
Tete 6/10 - Largely anonymous today, got lots of the ball early on but did nothing with it
Iheanacho 7.5/10 Calm penalty, did his job today in a really congested area of the pitch. 

Vardy 6.5/10 - Won the penalty but really did not do much else from what I saw, tried to make a couple of runs but overall looked lazy when I saw him.


MOTM: Soumare 10/10 - MOTM for me, absolutely class, backed him for a long while and we need to see more of this, showed his Ligue 1 form today. :scarf:

Subs:
KDH 5/10 - Ran around and put some tackles in but absolutely woeful in possession and made more mistakes than good pieces of play.
Mendy 6/10 - Did not have much time to do anything but played fine and helped us hold on
Ndidi 6.5/10 - Again not much time on the pitch but didn't do anything wrong, made some good tackles and looked positive.
Praet 6.5/10 - Same as above, definitely a midfielder who works well when looking forward. 



Dean Smith 9/10 - Nervy start, better team for the first few minutes but conceded to a very poor Tielemans mistake, overall very positive play and we played really well today considering the length of time we have struggled, it's not easy turning this around. Very surprised by keeping Daka on over Ian, but overall great system today, and hopefully some of those having a meltdown pre match will show him a bit of trust going forwards.

Loved 2nd goal.

 

Tielemans at end looking like he cares.

 

Clappers helped get team through wolves late onslaught.

 

Its slowly improving, and seems to now be back in our hands as well.

 

Soumare looked way less lethergic than usual, the trio transformed him?

 

Castagne, new confidence.  The trio?

I couldn’t watch that last 10 minutes, I turned it off… my legs are like jelly still. 
 

I was in the hands of Jeff Stelling and Tim Sherwood for last couple of minutes 😅
