We have some quality players in Palmer, Foden, Bellingham, Rice & Maddison .. but he will go with Gallageh and Jordan fking Henderson

I dare argue that on recent form, Maddison shouldn't be starting. Better to keep Bellingham as a 10 than waste his talent sat deeper.

Defence and goalkeeper are weaknesses, but there really is no excuse for Southgate for us not to be battering everyone 7-3 at the Euros.

I don't think Madison gets anywhere near it with the form of the other players. Palmer looks as if he'll be the next Foden. It all looks too easy for him. I'd be surprised if Man City haven't got a buy back clause on him

The prices were generous but such a hike in one go is asking a lot. If they have such a long waiting list then worth the risk, I suppose.
