Did the commentator actually just say that, "It's taken a while but the cream of the Championship has finally risen to the top."

Yes pretty much, they have been knobbing leeds the whole game. And saying how they were 14p behind, and they dont think snyone will stop them winning the league

Hopefully serves as a big kick up the arse for our players

Leeds have Cov, Hull and Soton still to play, they won't be easy.

Problem is I really worry about our home games Vs Soton, Norwich and Wba. At home seems to be a massive concern for us form wise arguably more than away does.

Melters have been waiting for this moment all weekend, even though it was largely inevitable. Call anyone out on it and you get labelled a happy clapper.

This hasn't happened yet! Everything is there to play for. Get the international break out of the way and lets get back to the job in hand.

…….but you are a happy clapper. lol

and I should bloody well know

Ok,they have played 1 game more than us but can you honestly see us winning the game in hand which is Southampton on current form.

Yes, I can HONESTLY see us winning…

‘We beat them on their own patch, and their recent form hasn’t been much better than ours.

Maresca's comments before the Leeds game are looking increasingly ill-advised.

Yeah, he should have said how wonderful Leeds were, what wonderful players they have, and what a wonderful history they have. At least that's what Brendan would have said pre-match!

Only ourselves to blame, especially the 7 points dropped from win positions against Leeds and Ipswich

To be fair ipswich we should have had a pen to make it 2-0 that would have been game over and a lucky deflection goal away and a crap late goal at home and leeds a dodgy mistake  for the offside where we should have  been 2-0 and possibly game over as well.

It’s the fact they’re even top, when there was a 13 pint gap at one stage.

It was 17 points at the start of the year. Enjoy the break.

Been the worst weekend, considering I work with two Forest fans, a Villa fan a Chelsea fan and a ****ing Leeds fan. All of whom are complete bellends. So whoopie ****ing doo….

Call in sick…lol

By this time next week, we likely should be back on top of the league.

That post a couple of weeks back was spot on.

"It's still a 9 point gap"

"It's still a 5 point gap"

"It's still a 3 point gap"

"We're still top on goal difference"

"We have a game in hand"

It's now a complete roll of the dice, two spots for three teams.

Might be four teams given Southampton have two games in hand, and one of them is against us.
