I actually really like the pairing of Faes and Okoli but we cant keep shipping the goals we do every week! Is this purely down to these pair, or the full backs? two players sitting infront?

Id suggest maybe switching it up and going with Faes and Vesty, clearly have chemistry and also vital experience.

Coady can only play in a 3 , his pace and rust is worrying.

he needs to start on Wednesday, preferably with Okoli, if we went to a 343 I'm not sure who our wingbacks would be, Kristiansen when fit would be the obvious on the left but Ricardo's age and JJ just not being good enough make the RWB an issue

To be fair to the guy, he needs a run of games. Hasn’t had that since he’s been here. Was unfortunate to get injured last season when he did.  I won’t judge him on the odd start here and there.

Aye he's a nice lad but he's Finnish.

Whoever is responsible for Coady, Cannon, BDCR and Skipp wants shooting. Multiple millions right there on absolutely nothing.

Ah, I wondered what that accent was.

To be fair when we signed him we had no idea Jannik would then do 180 and become our most important CB last year. I was looking forward to a Coady Souttar partnership personally but was happily proven wrong by Vesty.

Still would like Souttar in though.

Regardless of Jannik, most criticism was that Coady was never good enough for the PL

But we weren’t in the Prem when we signed him.

And we fully had ambitions of getting promotion and therefore in the Premier League during his three year deal.

Signing players to ‘do a job’ without the valuing of a players worth across their contract duration is exactly one of the key reasons for our demise

Absolutely agree, except the majority thought Coady was a starting level CB that filled a leadership vacuum that we had at the time. Revisionist history to suggest otherwise. People were upset at the amount we paid but we needed a player “like” him. He got injured preseason and other players took their chances, and Coady was never the same.
