We might push for purchase with buy back rather than loans for young players as players under 21 if not on loan don’t count towards the squad count I don’t think. Arteta did it at Arsena also. The reason is that for passing triangles at the back, you want the LCB to be able to confidently play passes with their stronger foot and without having to cut back onto their wrong foot, slowing the game down.
