I rarely listen to the comms, it's just background noise, whether it's great or average, it doesn't spoil my viewing.

If ex-players are involved, what do we expect ? Some are bound to go OTT, no problem for me at all.

I have genuinely never heard of Bodo. I will need to google to see where they are from. 😂

We could have got them in the 2022 semi final, unfortunately Roma won the quarters so we played them and we all know what happened there. I think I recall Bodo is in the arctic circle, would have been some away day, really separated the happy clappers that went to Roma away from the hardcore and would have been similar fun to Randers away. Jealous that Spurs get that trip

Hope they batter them with their giant toothbrush.

Bodo are one of the bigger teams in Norway and regularly feature in the Europa/ Conference cups but never got this far. It is one hell of an achievement for them.

Off the top of my head, I think Tromso and Molde are other notable teams there. Molde being Ole's old stomping ground.

Please not a Spurs man utd final.

The meltdown from whoever would lose would be insane though

Few comments elsewhere complaining that the TNT coverage got a bit too OTT and excited but can you blame them in the heat of the moment.

I mean their were two ex Man U players on it too .

Hah. I turned over at half-time when Man U were 2 up thinking that the show was basically over and stuck Chelsea on to watch KDH try to run a midfield.

Tromso have only just been back promoted - they are Bodo’s nearest opposition. I think it’s a stretch to call them one of Norways biggest teams. They hadn’t won a league title until five years ago. Rosenborg are the traditional big boys with the Oslo clubs repeatedly underachieving

If you didn’t want a second flight, it was something like a 19 hour train ride from Oslo

For some reason I had Rosenborg in my head as a French or Swiss team.

Yep an overnight train from Oslo, would have been brilliant

Just watched the highlights. Some of the defending in that game was atrocious, especially from Lyon. Couldn't deal with anything over the top.

All Bodo and Athletic tonight aren't we? Would feel very wrong for Man Utd or Spurs to qualify for the champions league via the europa league after the shit seasons they've both had.
