Top ball knowledge by myself

These are the sorts of players I was hoping we'd target under Maresca as Italian Serie A clubs are notorious for ignoring their youth players and selling them to Europe for modest fees. Calafiori went for £2m FFS.

Agreed.

I hope that Enzo's influence might steer us to look to Italy where young players regularly get overlooked in favour of experience and can be purchased for modest fees.

Look at Riccardo Calafiori at Bologna. Left Roma aged 20 to Basel for £2m and then Bologna bought him last summer for marginally more and now he's worth 10+ times that after a stunning season there.

Do you think they are waiting to see if Potter will take the job before green lighting incomings, fearing that he won’t sign without having the final say?

Maybe, but as soon as a Premier League club comes in the price isn't £2mill anymore.

Fair point, but it's certainly going to be cheaper than trying to recruit from the next wrung up the ladder. We're prats for not utilising Leuven for value for money anyway.

Been one I've rated for a while, and impressed watching him for Denmark now. Jonas Wind is a lovely link up forward

Was just thinking this....he's a tidy player

Don’t think we could trump Wind as a new signing.

Would be an instrumental signing

Don't do it to yourself mate, I'm watching everyone I've suggested move on as well

I've been very impressed with Jakub Piotrowski at Ludogrets. His contract is up next summer and he's one to watch if Poland can get through their group at the Euros.

All action central midfielder.

If Mathias Delorge moves elsewhere, then...

Please put the pitchforks away as you read this, it's not a "suggestion" as such. But what do people think of Deli Alli but only if he signed a pay-as-you-play deal like Owen did at United?
He's obviously had issues and it's been very publicly covered, but he seems to have turned a corner, he sounds very honest when talking about his desire to get back to his best.

Free agent, 28 years old so has time ahead of him.

Absolutely not. Under any circumstances.

I've never seen such a big lump of a guy be such a pathetic, diving twat.

He’s turned a corner emotionally, but as a player he’s become utter wank.

I wonder if Ngolo would fancy a couple of seasons back in England - based upon last night he was amazing and exactly what we need !!
