That is his actual name isn’t it? Could be wrong but I’m sure he does have another name after Fatawu officially, it used to show as that on LiveScore as well. (You would think Sky would use the name on the team sheet though!)

To the defence of the referee (and his linesman who have made questionable decisions also) is that he obviously isn't used to refereeing such a high standard of football from the home team.  His thoughts can't keep up with the play, poor bloke.
