Enzo is everything that Brendan wasn't - summed up tonight and even in previous defeat.

Still a long way to get yet. Big games in particular still worry me.

Last night is the win that the club has needed since September really. It was a scalp against top opposition and it was done using our ‘way’. Really there should be no game now where we can’t feel confident of winning. But who knows?

Always confident, we're top, was a great win and performance last night. Even more so that players who rarely feature played really well (I thought it was Coady's best game). They all seemed to stand up and we needed that after the Leeds defeat.

We're going up as champions! I don't care about the points record. We deserved to win the two league games we just lost. We just knocked out a Premier league team in the cup and we thoroughly deserved it. We could have won 0-4. It doesn't matter about all the missed chances coz over the remaining matches we're gonna score more than we concede. We might even do the Championship Title and FA cup double - not sure any other club has done that before!

I think this is a bit blown out of proportion because of the bad feeling of the Leeds game.

We went away to West Brom and Southampton (two certainties for play offs) and won both games.

We went away to Ipswich and Leeds, played very well in both and could have won both but for freak deflections and huge missed chances.

Went away to Coventry and would have won if the referees had eyes.

The only big game Enzo hasn't turned up for was Leeds at home. I think it's unfair to tarnish him and this squad with the same brush as Rodgers' team.

I think we'll put QPR away at the weekend and everything will calm down.

Even though we deserved to lose the Leeds home game at home - we could have easily fluked a win then with Abdul hitting the woodwork and KDH was so unlucky when their keeper made a wonder save right at the end!

O know fatawu got mom, but mine was the goal keeper everything Wsrd wasn't. So confident. Standing on edge of are for s catch then start the move to the goal.

No it's okay. I'll be offended on your behalf for not being offended. So I think it's offensive and I'm offended by the comment and by you not being offended.

That's what the youngsters are like these days? I'm so kool

Oh Enzo....yeah, he's godlike

I find your appropriation of the non offense offensive.

THAT is how we roll these days.

And yeah, Enzo is the new Pep.

+ denied clear pen in Ipswich A and perfectly good goal ruled out in Leeds A - both at crucial moments to go 2-0 up about midway through the 2nd half!

Enzo could have easily called the players out V Leeds or blamed the board, but no, he remained calm and measured and we oozed confidence tonight and the players looked so focused in the final part of the game.

With a bit of luck it'll rub off on some people on here! Not all posters remained calm and measured...

Enzo has done an unbelievable job in rebuilding our broken club. We were in such a terrible state at the end of last season I honestly thought we could well get relegated this season.

That Enzo has rebuilt the club in such a short space of time is nothing short of incredible & most importantly he has reunited the players & fans.

The man is incredible

My kool rating has dropped. I'm sad.

The smile on Fatawu's face in this pic says it all. it is that of a young man enjoying his football under a manager that they trust and respect whilst still able to share a joke with.

Compare to the attitude under Rodgers in his last 18months or so

Fatawu looks like a kid running over to his dad to make sure he saw his wonder strike.

That shows a strong relationship between players and manager.

Brendan is a ****. Hate he is associated with our club and one of our greatest achievements. He let people believe they were doing us a favour being here. Horrible excuse for a glorified assistant to the assistant third coach.

Little touches from Enzo (see the video yesterday of the badge hung up in the dressing room),  are ending that thought process.

That was the b team yesterday and all proper motivated. Compare it to Forest and Blackburn games.

Enzo is levels above the runt. Levels.

Even struggling with one of the only teams in the world where its nearly impossible to not win the league.

Leicester City in one of our greatest ever seasons - 78 points from 34 games = 2.29 points per game.

Brendan struggling - 68 points from 28 games = 2.43 points per game.

It is genuinely a shame how disliked Rodgers ended up being and I don't put that on our fans either - he's a very peculiar character.

I've had small reservations at times over Maresca but they've never lasted long. He won't get the credit because of who he's managing but he's a very talented and principled coach.

I do think the environments he's spent a lot of his playing and coaching career around will only serve him well - one of the main reasons I trust him to see this through.
