Anyway where does the best burger in Leicestershire?

 

I really rated GBK in the short time they were in town. Never actually tried HBC. Went to Honest Burger in London last week and they were decent enough. There's got to be better out there though.

Crafty Burger still going? Not been for ages but theirs were lovely.

 

I can even forgive their burgers being tall rather than wide

5 guys gets a vote for me not necessarily because of the pure taste of the actual burger but for the copious amount of toppings and outrageous amount of fries. For  taste of the actual burger ,  it has to be crafty Butger

Not in Leicester but Red Dog Saloon in Nottingham is the king for burgers. Think there's only 4 or 5 in the UK but they are top class.

Taking some people from Herefordshire to crafty burger tomorrow. They have the outstanding beefy boys in their rather lame city, so it’ll be interesting to see their point of view. For me, the meat is as good at Beefy Boys, as Crafty! Quite the compliment.

Really was the best.

 

I always felt it was underpriced. That and expanding very quickly is probably why they aren't around anymore.

Leicester had too many burger gaffs around that period but gutted this was one that fell fowl.

It's a bit annoying that a major global chain gets the vote, but the burgers are literally mouthwatering.

Got shafted on the one though opened in Hinckley. Landlord doubled their rent after 6 months, killed them which is a shame as it's was great.

Crafty takes some beating in Leicester but Aylestone Black Horse does a decent burger as well.
