It’s still £25 but now it’s going to charity.

It’s going to a charity that the club will use to help project their ‘good’ image.

The club just isn’t what it used to be. Stop with the free cake and beer and give us free season ticket cards. Or a small charge of £5 would be fair.

I’m no legal expert at all but doesn’t any donation have to be voluntary and can’t be tied to any purchase?

The initial poor comms about this which also seems to contradict the clubs own charter and then the back tracking by the club seems a bit confused. Trusting the @Foxes_Trust will do their thing here as that’s right up their street.

The club have admitted it’s nothing to do with the money, they don’t want anyone having the physical season ticket anymore. I don’t even think they will give the option for the 26/26 season

Exactly £25 this season,  next season it'll be £50 ... etc.

The charity thing is just proof that the club only thinks about itself and not about the supporters. It’s giving narcissistic, abusive partner.

I will protect my reputation even though it makes your life more difficult. Environmental purposes are a worthy cause but there’s about a million and one more sustainable things that the club could do before this. The rest is just some weird Chinese surveillance state type stuff.

My main issue has always been the practicality of a mobile ticket for me. I often have a 2-3 hour journey to night games after being at work all day with no way to charge my phone. The anxiety of not being able to get into the stadium once I get there for me would be quite a lot.

When I emailed the club highlighting these issues on going fully digital tickets there response was:

"The club would rather you not pay the £25 and use the free digital ticket"

I hadn't even mentioned the charge in my email. They completely or porpously missed the point and ignored my concerns

Decided before the season to give up my ST if we went back up…frankly expected to go back on that decision or at the very least it be a difficult one but tbh with stuff like this (amongst other things) I just can’t be arsed giving them my money anymore

Intrigued to know how the meeting went last night?

Got visions of the comms director going full Brent and bursting into song...."Money don't make my world go round, I'm reaching out for a safer ground"....

To the people who attend these meetings, who is the one who is making these decisions ultimately? We generalise as the club but surely there's someone there who is making these decisions?

I would have thought that the buck stops with Susan as CEO? If not Anthony Munday as Operations Director.
