For those without a subscription, other highlights include: *Several out-of-work managers are thought to be interested in the job *However, we are not restricted to currently unemployed managers and are willing to pay compensation for the right man *There has been no contact between the club and Steve Cooper although he is keen to return to the PL *Vardy and Vestergaard are both expected to stay irrespective of who comes in Re-signing Vestergaard regardless is a crazy decision. 16

Popular Post Ric Flair Posted 1 June 2024 Popular Post Posted 1 June 2024 Pascal Jansen is an interesting one He was Arne Slot's (my favourite manager in recent years) assistant at AZ Alkmaar and then took over from him in 2020. He was there for 4 years. Finished 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 4th and got to the Semi finals of the Conference League the year we did as well. Nothing hugely special but his track record with developing young players is excellent. 14

ARTY_FOX Posted 1 June 2024 Posted 1 June 2024 Sarri is well and good... But zonal marking making s return

Underachieved under Rodgers - didn’t deserve to win the fa cup. Bottled champions league TWICE. And Maresca was indeed a miss. Wrong manager, wrong time. All three think that the team with the most possession wins the game. If you can't enjoy the good stuff of the last few years mate just give it up, supporting Leicester isn't for you 14

Sly Posted 1 June 2024 Posted 1 June 2024 Chelsea fans hated Sarris football. It’s not different to Maresca though. 1

Fox 4 Life Posted 1 June 2024 Posted 1 June 2024 I read Sarri isn't interested and waiting for a better opportunity. Not keen on him anyway. Corberan or Potter would be ideal. 1
kingpower Posted 1 June 2024 Posted 1 June 2024 I think unless it’s a manager who’s out of work then we won’t be paying any compensation until 1st of July as it’ll fall into the next round of accounts. The £10m+ for Enzo will deffo help this time round so why would they want to offset that - then again, it is Rudkin running things so… 1

The guy is a legend. We will definitely be entertained if it is him. Whilst I still think Corberan would be the right appointment, Sarri is probably second on the list for me of names linked. 1
Sunbury Fox Posted 1 June 2024 Posted 1 June 2024 I was all for Corberan too but I'm stupidly excited about the idea of Sarri coming in!
