Trippier isn’t any better defensively than Trent for me. 
 

People criticise Trent of this all time yet one of the best managers in the World, Klopp, trusted him enough and Trent was good enough to be part of a team that was very successful for Liverpool.

 

If Trent was playing for a more flair country then he would play.

Like Fernando Santos the Portugal manager who won the Euros with them. Yes they won it, but no Portuguese fan ever rated him.

 

France fans don't rate Deschamps that much either. As they won a World Cup and he got them to another final they give him more of a pass, but he plays terrorist football just as much as Southgate.

Only way this system works is if Saka’s average position is as a LW almost left forward position.

Switzerland is definitely not one of the worst teams in this tournament. Actually they're knocking the doors of a semi final for years now.
