He’s scored a few belters.

Technically he’s good but I don’t think he ever looked fit last season.

I’m not sure where you play him either if I am Truthful. He doesn’t have the movement or finishing as a 9.

Too slow not to be a winger.

Not physical enough to play centre mid.

Reminds me a lot of Ricardo last season.

This is bang on......all the signs of a player that is well past it! lost the hunger, and is plodding along for the pay day.

Him and Skipp for me fall into the category of I’d rather us get rid, but wouldn’t be against having in the squad as rotation options if we don’t get a decent offer in.

Guys like Faes, Mavididi etc I’d carry to the airport at the mere whisper of an offer.

Really hope he doesn’t end up being a starter though.

Fit and motivated he should be brilliant in League 1.

I am definitely harsh on everything LCFC but what has Reid shown to have the ability/desire to be brilliant?

He’s below Cullen and Chaplin in the pecking order but likely taking home one of the biggest weekly salaries.

Other than one soft effort in the 2nd half BDCR wasn’t involved in anything today. He doesn’t offer any danger in a centre forward role. All he did today was 1 touch wall pass it backwards. Didn’t try and hold the ball up or alternatively run in behind.

There's a lot of criticism of Martin, but we should know how important having a focal point to build off is. We currently don't have that. I not a huge fan of this brand of football but it would be unfair if I didn't give it a chance with an actual centre forward.

His choice to play BDCR instead of Hutchinson/Evans

He's got no physicality at all and there's a delay between his head and his feet.

He's got retirement written all over him. He's checked out and we cannot be starting him in important games.

I don’t mind Russell ball but I don’t see BDCR working in any system tbh. Far too lightweight and lacks pace these days. Neat and tidy but that’s not enough for a nine, a false nine or a winger.

I've yet to see him ever be neat or tidy. A honking excuse of a player these days. Been an appalling signing in every way.

I really thought his contract was up last summer.

He has had the odd flash of quality with us and I'm sick of scapegoating individuals, but it's quite underwhelming to see him starting up front for us in the curtain opener.

If we haven't already, we should be offering a free transfer to if he can find another contract. Not sure who would want him but feels like the sort of player who could move to the MLS for a final chapter...

Wouldn’t it make sense to just pay him off like we did vesterguard

last year etc
