I didn't trust the signing. It looked unnecessary and superfluous. But fair play to Glover. Sometimes you buy that coat you don't need in a sale coz it's a damn good coat

To be fair, he's been really solid. And think he'll only get better. Everyone who wrote him off in the preseason got egg on their face

Two impressive performances in a row despite the results. Looked about as good in preseason as his haircut, but fair play to him, he's settled in very well once the league started properly. If he maintains this level of consistency throughout the season, he'll go down as a good purchase.

He's very athletic, strong and obviously likes defending. Maybe preseason was nerves and an eagerness to impress. But the last 2 games he's looking good in our defence.

 

He's the sort of defender we have needed for a while. May it continue

Did really well. Mateta is a unit most CBs will struggle against this season but thought he was more than up to it

Better option than vesterguaard in my opinion. In the premier league, you need to be athletic, strong and aggressive. He’ll outmuscle most forwards in this league.
