That's exactly what I think.

 

I have a vague idea how we are meant to be defending but this changes quite a lot during matches with different shapes.

 

However, I still have no idea how we are meant to be attacking - e.g. direct long ball? Countering? A structured positional possession game? Etc. Also still have no idea what our formation is in possession as this appears to change so much.

 

This shouldn't be the case after 7 matches...

People still think I’m crazy, when I was laughed at in pre season that we should have got rid.

 

He’s clearly not cut out for this.

Vesty not even on the bench in a game you’d expect him to be apart of.

I’m sorry, but we have to cut our losses here & just agree that this has been a really bad appointment, he needs to mutually agree to leave or the board need to grow a backbone & act fast.

I've given him a chance but sad to say it doesn't appear to be a good fit.

 

On the evidence we've seen it just doesn't look like it's working out. 

 

I hope I'm proven wrong and he takes us to great success.

It’s clearly going to end badly but it’s going to be drawn out.

 

We’re going to need it to get toxic at home first and that won’t happen for a while as our fans are so happy to clap along. You only have to read the support for him on here to see that.

The guy has no idea. Can't pick a team, his substitutions and in game management is useless, he seemingly can't motivate players into giving a crap. He seems to have a system or structure that he wants to use, but it just looks a mess, and doesn't work, and I dont think the players believe in it either, which makes it worse.

He has to go, while we still have some chance of staying up, because I've seen enough now to know we ain't staying up with him in charge.
