If it was so obviously fine then VAR wouldn't have sent him to the monitor.

They sent him to the monitor because the on field decision was no goal.

Had to listen to extra time on the radio. Assume from what everyone's saying it wasn't controversial. More importantly oh my god is Clinton morrison hard to listen to.

Good result for us. Nothing for Wolves but they pushed Man City all the way so hopefully doesn’t result in them making a change yet!

They've had a hard start. They'll be fine.

Wolves are in real trouble rooted to the bottom of the table! That was a good fight they put up and more than the point they needed the confidence builder. Either they will feel injustice and fight harder or crumble in their next game

The nudge doesn't have any impact because it happened after the corner kick was taken and before Stones heads the ball which is where the offside issue then comes into play. Sky are horrendous for drumming up controversy and preying on fans who don't have the knowledge or care to know the laws of the game.

Exactly my thoughts. Look at their Twitter accounts at the moment with the decision in the Liverpool v Chelsea game.

Because Sky are all about turning everything into a fxxking panto now to generate clicks.

It was genuinely a breath of fresh air in the Champ. The highlights coverage is kind of crap, but there's no 15 mins dwelling on every refereeing decision. Some decisions are wrong and people just get on with it.

Sky going out of their way to try and suggest controversy with ones like today and the Saliba red when there isn't any there.

It’s games like these where you can see why Man City were happy to let Palmer leave.

Body language is terrible, effort has been poor and hasn’t stood up like a so called big player should in a big game. It’s alright doing at home against Brighton, but these are the games that seperate you from the rest.

Annoys me that the VAR can't just tell him you've made an obvious error, restart play from a drop ball. Never a pen and we have to watch this pantomime of the referee going to the screen. What is the point?

Because the referee is the one that’s in charge of the game, and not VAR.

I agree with that...  they have too good a team to go down  !!  I expect Ipswich & Southampton to drop but I can't pick the third.
