I think I'd still rather be in Brightons position than ours. One heavy defeat doesn't mean they are poorly run. They are miles ahead of us

They are a good example of why teams outside the big 6 and Villa / Newcastle really need to take their opportunities when they are on it, especially in the cups and you don't know when they'll come around again. Always found it astonishing the season we won the FA Cup that some posters on here would have preferred us finishing 4th.

 

Brighton have one european campaign to show for their success. We had a few plus the league and FA Cup.

Brighton are doing a Leicester I feel, can see the cracks, it's like Rodgers slowly collapsing. They will be back as a Championship club in a few years like us.
