Any idea what the two 7pm Sunday kick offs are about this weekend?

Assume it'll be some sort of Premier League USA initiative... not sure I remember it last season?

Looks like they've been moved from TNT's normal 12.30 Saturday slot. Maybe issues with the volume of European games this season.

Some of the kick off times are a joke now, these annoying 8.15s, 8pm boxing day, 7pm Sunday. Just taking the mick out of match going fans again. And with the Sky sports+ thing in the Champ I'm not sure it's much better there now either.

The Man City 115 charges case has concluded.

Supposedly going to take months for the results to come out… my take is that means it’s going to be ground shaking.

If they are found guilty, which I'm sure they will already know, then Pep is an even bigger bell end than he always has been. Came out at the start of all this and said if they have done wrong, I'll leave the next day. Now signs a new contract and says he'll stay even if they get relegated. I'd have had more respect for him if he'd kept to his guns and walked away.

They’ll get a small fine and that will be all.
They wouldn’t dare relegate them with a points deduction.

There used to be only 2 things certain in life - death and taxes.

I think you can add two more - Man C will get away with it and Everton will never get relegated.

If they're found guilty they'll likely be  deducted a good amount of points. Not enough to relegate them but maybe put them out of Europe for a season. Say a 30 point deduction in total, itemised for the charges they're found guilty of.

They'll herald it as an unprecedented punishment but other than some lost revenue it wouldn't do any serious damage to them.

Small clubs, mate. Different with them.

Why would we be bothered? We got off and everyone was jumping around celebrating, so we should be consistent and do the same when Man City get cleared surely?

For large periods it was incredibly boring though. Watching your defenders and midfielders pass it around your own half endlessly is not fun to watch whether you know it's to draw out the opposition or not. Football did not become the world's most popular sport because of its similarity to chess.

I mean it wasn't Enzos system that was boring, it was the refusal of other teams to come to play. much as the results didn't go our way, neither of the games v Leeds were boring. nor for that matter Southampton or the two against Schumacher sides (Plymouth at home, stoke away). it was against the likes of Rotherham it was boring and that's because they came to sit 11 men in their own box and punt it out of the stadium every chance they got. that's on the opposition, not enzoball

Leicester ?

Their cheating helped them finish ahead of us when we were twice 5th resulting in us losing 100’s of millions in revenue and reward.

They'll get an unprecedented fine, an unprecedentedly long transfer embargo and an unprecedented points deduction that coincidentally is just short of being enough to relegate them and they'll get an unprecedented suspended points deduction in case they try anything dodgy again, which they won't because the embargo will mean they can't anyway.

Un-fxxking-precedented.

They aren’t charged with anything in those two seasons

infact, they are probably charged for misdemeanours in 15/16.  Maybe we should appeal against us winning the league on the basis that Man City were cheating 😄

In the first of the two seasons you refer to, the club were guilty of accepting the uefa sanction and not thinking that CAS could overturn it. The club thought that finishing 5th would be ok for CL.  Whether that transmitted through to the squad is unknown.

If this was a genuinely big club, I’d agree. But I actually think they’d love to hit man city as hard as they can. I think they’d love to have Man City destroyed if the league was then dominated by the other entitled 5 clubs.
