Lino gave a blatant throw that was ours to them as well

Clearly on the take.

Intimidated by the crowd...not strong enough to raise his flag

Linesman has shat his spine out there big time. He’s dead level with the line and 4 United players are offside. Amateur hour and criminal not to flag that.

Embarassing once more. Ref couldn’t wait to give them any possible foul. Poor decision to give them a free kick when the ball is booted at JJ’s arm from a yard away (Doesn’t give a penalty for that) and then the Lino. Wow. Won’t see a worse decision all season.

A written apology from whoever coming though, that’ll help us no doubt.

What's the point in no VAR until quarters anyway?

Either have it for all the comp or none of it at all.

it isn't implemented early on due to clubs not having it, they went for used in all of the round or not at all

Can't have it at lower league teams, so you don't want it at all?

Why can't they have it at lower league teams ? What happens if a lower league team gets to the 5th round ??

But what if a stadium that doesn't have it gets through to the 5th round? It won't make a difference :dunno:

2 of the worse decisions ive seen this season one after another

its shocking how bad the officials are in this country

It's a dead ball and he's looking straight down the line. It's beyond incompetence.

Time and again United receive several minor but favourable decisions in a match which tip the balance in their favour. The handball was relatively innocuous in itself but it gave them a chance to put the ball into our box, compounded in this case by blatantly corrupt officiating for the offside.

I always try to conclude incompetence, rather than bias, but they are testing me.

The "handball" and non-offside are bad enough, but let's not forget, Harry Maguire had Patson Daka in a smelly cuddle in the box the first half.

If it had been Faes on Fernandes, Bruno would have dropped to the floor, screamed and then jumped up to take the penalty.

Instead, the ref looked directly at it, checked the badge, and shrugged.

What is even worse is 15 minutes later he gave us a free kick for the exact same thing, same two players.

Terrible Lino decision.  Nothing complicated just a hoof across the pitch.  You would be disappointed to miss it on a Sunday morning game!

Still an improvement on Everton performance!!
