Cooper would still find a way to lose

He sets up his team to lose and wonders why he isn't winning games and getting results.

This idiot isn't a top flight or even middle flight manager he is conference league at best

When it's put like this (Sky Predictions).......

Steve Cooper's team have faced the most shots in the Premier League (114) and posted the fewest shots - it equates to a shot difference of -62 - the worst in the Premier League.

Meanwhile, only Man City (115) and Tottenham (110) have posted more shots in the Premier League this season than Bournemouth, who will ask questions of the Foxes from the first whistle

Why will Bournemouth ****ing batter us when nobody else has done so and we’ve played several better teams than them?

Good point well said

We won’t win this weekend. We are the least attacking team in the prem and we are allergic to playing in the first half of games except the palace game of course. So don’t exspect anything in the 1st half maybe 1 shot. Then we rally for 20 mins in 2nd maybe lose narrow or scrape a draw

That sounds like coopers team talk

You've bought into coopers prime tactic, park the bus etc and at all costs don't get hammered,  try to even sneak a draw, otherwise I might look like a clueless piss poor manager

Hope we get royally stuffed tomorrow and get this guy out of the club.

With my real optimistic glasses on i hope it makes Top look at things.

A, what a shit show we have become. ,

B , what has caused such show?

C, what are the constants in this show?

D, what can be done to change  things?

E, if I can't figure the above time to sell.

On a side note I hate my club losing but I hate the way we are right now even more.

When Top ,Rudkin and whelan tossing it off on some yacht it's us poor ****ers in the stands  that feel it yet they carry on regardless.

114 shots against us and it’s barely October. That is staggering.

I just think team moral is poor, we are very badly managed from a tactical point of view and now the early season positivity has faded. They will come at us very well prepared and ultimately have a plan that will beat us. We may go a goal down early and try and get at them which will leave us exposed and we will likely concede more. It’s a shame. The fact that’s it’s Bournemouth at home will trigger Cooper to be more gung-ho once behind which won’t help I don’t think and will play in to their hands.

What do you think will happen?

I think it the most likely outcome is a draw, followed by a narrow win for them and then a narrow win for us. I don’t think we’ll get thrashed because Cooper will set us up

to avoid that. The problem is, he won’t set us up to win either, so it will probably be a 1-1 draw or 2-1 loss.

I also don’t see much evidence that morale is low. I see a group of players who are being held back by a tactically very limited coach, but who are trying their best within those constraints.

The over riding things I got from watching Bournemouth last week were the way (backed by stats) they break on you at pace, coming out like the Cavalry in Red Arrows on acid, frightening and therefore essentially important to get the first goal. Secondly though some encouragement as second half a poor Southampton side managed to get in, around and behind them and have plenty of the game so they’re there for the taking.
100% crucial that we get behind them from the start, Cooper will make that harder by handing in the wrong team sheet but be realistic about that he won’t be subbing anyone off first half so back the boys who are out there.

We don’t see them in training but give me Fatawu’s infectious ambition and enthusiasm over Ayew and Reid’s experience any day, we need more than a bit of tidy link up play if you’re one of only three or four offensive players out there, every one of those needs a spark and an X Factor about them, they need to look like they could score or assist every time they attack, being a professional journeyman is not enough.

Excuse me? Who says I’ve bought into anything? I don’t think Cooper will last long with us, but when he goes it will more

likely be because of an accumulation of narrow losses and draws than a thrashing at home. I don’t think we’ll get whacked based on what I’ve seen of us so far this season, but that doesn’t mean I like Cooper’s tactics or have ‘bought into’ them.

Maybe he’s getting all the shots against us out of the way early so we win more games second half of the season.

36 against Arsenal does present that 114 a little differently…..

Yeah and I’d be 80kg if it weren’t for the 20 I put on in Covid.

Still 100 though

Last night I had a dream, we were drawing 1-1 at half time. As the teams come back out, Soumare is on the sidelines waiting to be subbed on for Bounanotte. The groans were audible and half the people in the stadium got up and left.

Just tells me the ***** going to start.
