He'll probably end up at Rangers when they get rid of Clement. Can still unwind and relax whilst managing in the SPL

I think we could get Southgate who is more proven than Carsley. Potter doesn't wanna come, Moyes is a decent shout and would come, Mancini is also interesting.

This season is ONLY about staying up, look at those that have, comfortable in the top flight e.g. Wolves, Brentford & especially Brighton
